Pricing For Real Estate Photography
I primarily do real estate photography. Pricing for commercial photography (architects, builders, AirB&B, vacation rentals, VRBO, food photography, product photography, etc.) is different — contact me for details.

- Interiors and Exterior Photos
- Print- and web-quality photos for all your marketing and MLS needs
- Blue skies
- With and without fire in the fireplaces.
- Accurate color, clarity, and white-balancing, including clear window views.
- Floor plan (without dimensions — ask for version with measurements)
- One virtual twilight photo
- 1-4 aerial photos if necessary. (More: ask)
- Local amenities such as parks, gates, and communal areas (if available)

About Square Footage
A note about square footage: All the above numbers are for up to 2 acres. Anything more than 2 acres may be more depending on amenities (barns, gardens, vineyards, etc.) that need to be photographed.
Also, I’m not a jerk: If something is 1,020 sq.ft., I’m calling that under 1,000 sq.ft.. Likewise with every other boundary. I have no set ’rounding down’ point, but don’t push it.

Videography
Videos include licensed music are both delivered in MP4 format and hosted on Vimeo (so that your competition’s videos aren’t ads at the end). You can also upload to your own YouTube or Vimeo channel.

About Videography
Instagram Reels have to be 90 seconds max. I limit other videography to 2 minutes because, frankly, the average viewing duration is around 38 seconds. Some watch the whole thing, but most videos people tap out after 38 seconds.
