Digital Curb Appeal

I'm David Reed, a commercial photographer who's been taking pictures of real estate for almost twenty years.  A lot has changed in that time -- drones mean we don't have to rent helicopters or airplanes and lean out the door to get aerial shots, for one.

Research proves that homes with professional photography sell faster and for more money.

One thing that hasn't changed: good photos get boots in the door.  I won't say photos sell the house -- the house and its neighborhood sell the house -- but good photos will get potential buyers to a showing.

Simply put: The house will sell the house; the photos will sell the showing.

And no: I still don't do weddings.

Why Book With Me?

I take the same care with every property as if it were my own.  It doesn't matter to me whether it's an estate or a mobile home -- I believe all properties deserve good photos.

Also, I'm a one-man operation: You book with me you'll get me at the photo-shoot, not some flunky I'm hoping will do a good job.

Images delivered the next day, usually the next morning.  Video sometimes takes a little longer, as might virtual staging.

You'll also get a floor plan of the property, which is kinda neat for potential buyers to see.
