Don’t let anyone tell you what you should or shouldn’t be doing with your business — if it works for you and your customers, it’s right.
Here’s a shot I provided to a customer.
In an online group recently someone asked about replacing the blank television screen with a movie scene or the house or something else. Some said, “Total newbie move” or “I used to do that before I knew better” and stuff like that.
After I sent the above picture to my client she was ecstatic as were the sellers — showed a little extra effort on my part (and if you know anything about Photoshop, it takes literally a minute to do). The sellers now rave about that agent to all their friends. That agent gets new bookings because of that word-of-mouth and calls me for all of them.
So…if it works for you…and your customers…and you both get more business because of it, do it.
