Agent: I don’t need professional photos – market is hot.
Me: Market always hot?
Agent: No. Even if it’s not, I can press a button on a camera.
Me: Yeah, it’s a piece of cake. Like selling a house: all you have to do is put a sign out front.
Agent: It takes a lot more than —
Me: … what?
Agent: Okay, I see what you did there.
The agent above is now a very good client.
