Agent: What do you think this should list for?|
Me: I dunno. What aperture should I use for this room?
That's me over there on the right, playing around with some lighting equipment and trying to look serious.
I'm seldom serious.
I'm David Reed. I've been carrying a camera around for many years, first following my father around, him with his 35mm and me with my crappy 126. I got my first 35mm SLR when I was 14 and still have it. I've since moved on to digital, of course -- the convenience can't be denied.
I could bore you with details about my photography equipment, my computer, my training -- but what really matters to you is my experience.
I've been doing real estate photography for over eight years in both Colorado and now Northern California. In 2013 I shot more than $100,000,000 worth of properties in El Dorado, Sacramento, Placer, and Amador counties. My work regularly appears in Luxury Home Magazine, Homes & Land, Village Life, and various other publications. My work was once featured on KCRA's Mansion Monday.
